After your agencies and caseworkers are set up and submitted referrals through the new system, it’s time to review your referrals. Whether you are allowing in-person product selections or selecting furniture on behalf of the client, you’ll need to use Salesforce to complete a referral.

This course goes over:

  • Creating a Volunteer Conatact in Salesforce
  • Case queue review
  • Generating a request for fee payment
  • Accepting a payment and closing a fee opportunity
